First-time boarding or daycare customers must call the Happy Tails office at (314) 291-3647 for boarding reservations and questions.

Existing Boarding Customers

Online reservations are available to existing clients only. If you are not an existing client of Happy Tails, do not use this feature. Please call the Happy Tails office at (314) 291-3647 for reservations.

  • You must setup your email/password with Happy Tails prior to making online reservations.
  • You should be notified within 48 hours via email if there is space available for the dates you have chosen. Vaccinations must be updated 72 hours prior to arrival. Happy Tails staff will verify vaccinations upon receipt of reservation.
  • This form is for boarding only — not daycare. For daycare reservations please call (314) 291-3647
